1. Grant of Rights

You give Company and its clients the right to:

• Use your name, image, voice, and statements in the video testimonial

• Use the testimonial in any format — websites, social media, ads, emails, presentations, and future formats

• Edit the testimonial — including shortening, removing filler words, or combining clips to create a polished final video

• Transfer these rights to Company's clients for their marketing use

These rights are permanent, worldwide, and royalty-free.

2. Editing Standards

We may adjust your responses for clarity and flow. We will not misrepresent your opinions or distort what you meant.

You waive the right to review or approve the final video before publication.

3. Compensation

You will not be compensated in any way for giving a positive testimonial about Company. The gift card (or other stated gift) is offered as a thank-you for your time and sharing your honest experience. You are not compensated nor required to endorse Company positively during your testimonial. You must share your truthful and honest experience only. No additional payment or royalties will be due regardless of how the testimonial is used.

4. Removal Requests

You may request removal of your testimonial from Company-controlled platforms by contacting Info@testimonial-pros.com. However, videos already delivered to or published by clients cannot be recalled.

5. Release of Claims

You release Company and its clients from any claims arising from the use of your testimonial, including claims related to defamation, privacy, or commercial use of your likeness.

6. Your Confirmation

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• Your statements are your honest opinions based on genuine experience

• Your participation is voluntary

7. Legal Terms

You grant Company and its clients an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and sublicense your testimonial in any media. You waive any right of publicity or similar rights under applicable law.
